Drugstore Product

Drugstore products! So.... Yes I am a professional, but using drug store product alternatives is not a bad thing. Plus as a client, wouldn't you like to afford what your makeup artist is using, better yet have easy access to it. There are certain things that I do prefer spending more money on, but for the most part there are great things that you can find at your drugstore. If you follow me you know that I LOVE brands like L'Oreal, Maybelline, Rimmel, Revlon and my new found favorite Hard Candy (only found at Walmart). I honestly do use these product! Not everyone wants to go out and spend $18 on an eyeshadow, they much rather spend $18 on a huge makeup palette, nothing wrong with that. Believe me over the years I have spent oodles of $$$ just to come to find out that the comparison of both high and low end products are sometimes just as good. Even then, sometimes those nice, pricey products aren't always what you expect either. There are a few I've bought and I was like, "FAIL!" Total waste of money. So as I mentioned before there is nothing wrong with buying drugstore products, and whoever said to look good you need pricey makeup "LIED" ;p I have dolled up girls at different times one using only drugstore and the other with high-end. They both went out partied hard and both told me they're face stayed on!!! So what do you think about that, huh, huh :)
So as for myself, my everyday go to makeup is bought at the drugstore.

My Favorite Brands and Picks from Them:
L'Oreal- love their "True Match" liquid foundation, powder, blush, H.I.P. eyeshadow
Maybelline- mascara, lip color whisper
Rimmel- Stay Matte Powder, lipstick, lipgloss
Revlon- PhotoReady and ColorStay foundation, color stay translucent powder
Hard Candy- blush, bronzer, concealer
