Best Makeup Primers

As we all know makeup can be a fun way to express how we feel. Some days we might feel like keeping it natural with a beautiful neutral look and other days you might feel fierce, bright, and bold with a smokey, red, or colorful look. No matter what that look may be, you want that look to last all day/night long. It sucks to spend all that time applying makeup to achieve the look you want and it smudge or sweat off. UGH, NO BUENO! Below I have listed a few makeup primers that I would recommend.

Mid to High-end Products:

• MAC Prep+Prime Skin - we all know MAC has great products and this here is a must. It feels great on the skin. The silicones in it helps reduce the redness in your skin and is great oil control. 
• Tarte Clean Slate - Tarte has two in this category but I personally like the purple "Tarte Clean Slate 12-hr Perfecting Primer" does a great job evening the skin, hiding the pores. So when you apply your makeup it's smooth and looks like bare skin. 
• Make Up Forever HD - this on here is a great one because not only does it hide away pores, it also comes in a variety of seven different tones to hide any flaw your skin my have, like redness, dark tones, and any other imperfections. 

Drugstore Products: 

• L'Oréal Paris Studio Secrets Professional Magic Perfecting Base - it's light weight, smooths skin and reduces redness. Does the trick just like it says 
• Revlon PhotoReady Perfecting Primer - goes on smooth, hides pores, and long lasting 
• E.l.f. Studio Mineral Infused Face Primer -  does the job. Easy to apply, light weight and smooths skin nicely. Only con is that the pump doesn't work well.
